As a walker and climber I have always been drawn to remote, wild places. I love the drama of mountains, sea cliffs, moorland and lakes. In my paintings I try to express the feelings which inspire my landscapes. I use oil paint, acrylic, watercolour, pastel, ink and charcoal, and sometimes a mix of several media.
